Sorry OP u can't have it both ways - denigrating Itauma so over the top devalues what Filip put into the fight.

All the positives for Hrgo from that fight MUST be related to the fact that Itauma really looked the goods early doors and for much of the rest of the fight in spurts even when Filip pushed him to work harder than he wanted.

Itauma is well beyond Price on eye-test alone and virtue of the fact that there's not many of the top 20 heavyweights who could have hung with him on Saturday like El Animal did.

Hrgovic would have knocked the big stiff plumber into next week in half that time. Price was a solid fighter but never lived up to the early hype. He definitely hits harder that's about it from the eye test, he was very dangerous against basically anyone European and domestic level. It turned out that was his ceiling once his gas tank was exposed when he became a nervous wreck under the Thompson pressure, he never recovered to go on to do much else at world level. Itauma has a long career ahead hopefully, he gave it a good go against a formidable vet who has been world class for a decade really. With some adjustments he will win a world title, we'll see.

No he wasn't. Price is what everyone accuses Wilder of being except worse.

I think Price loses most times to Audley Harrison and Skelton would whupp his ass if he was 35 not 45. Whyte and Itauma are better than him.
