    I've seen floyd may weather do every one of those things.

    It's easy to pretend the punches coming at Corbett are harmless. But in reality they are not.

    And he's countering, and throwing accurate shots from different angles while smiling

    You're seriously suggesting that wins over 2 super middleweights who stood 5'9" ,McCafferty in a 4 rounder and Charley Mitchell , who retired for 2 years directly afterwards , are more laudable than ko wins over, Maskaev,Rahman,Ruiz ,Moorer?

    I would always take a win over a small heavyweight who was a key player at the time, over a win over a big heavyweight who was not.

    For me that is a no brainer.

    They weren't small heavyweights, they were 5'9" ,and they both scaled around 165pounds! They weren't even small light heavies! They were big fish in a tiny pond.The total resume of Corbett's wins is pretty pitiful and an honest man would admit it.
    If you seriously suggested putting either McCaffrey or Mitchell in a ring with Tua,you'd be banged up for attempted murder!
