Check out either Tua-Ruiz or Tua-Moorer. Nqw, I'm not saying whether Tua would ko Frazier or not, but really... Frazier was the slow starter, not Tua.

By staying close to Tua, Frazier would limit Tua's space, which as Ike showed was essential to Tua's power. However, I think Tua's combination of a hard chin, a very heavy punch and height advantage (Tua's shortness would trouble Frazier who was used to taller opponents) would give him the edge.
