your preoccupation with dawsons size and size in general is rather unflattering.lol.

you won't believe the SIZE of the stigma that my (BS/BA/MBA/PhD/MD/other professional certificate or advanced degree) has left me with.

anyone who thinks dawson beats calzaghe (even now) or that calzaghe cares one one ounce of **** about dawson needs to meet my friend "Jack ****" i presume you don't know him.

 

Kessler is 6"1½ (185 cm) there isn`t much height diffirence between him and Dawson!

Kessler was WBA/WBC SMW champ before he fought Calz, and hardly lost a round before that! he travelled to australia, wales, germany and america to fight! Siaca, Mundine, Bayer, Lucas, Andrade and Calz was all top10 SMW in that time, and he only lost to a guy, who never lost a fight before! and gave him fight to the final bell! Dawson last 3 fights was against two 40 year old guys! And you have the nerve to call Kessler a clown!!! who else should he have fought in SMW? Miranda.. he offered Kessler peanuts to fight him, and got turned down! when Kessler`s team offered Miranda a new deal.. The kitten ran away, and fight Abraham instead! After Kesslers problems with his promotor started, and reason for that, is that his promotor dont want to give him a big fight! Call his promotor a clown for that instead, not the fighter!!! Or research before you write BS!

 

I know that Dawson have lesser fight, but big names on his record! But most of you guys look at kessler`s record, and think 41 fights and only 4-5 big fights on it.. this guy must be a protected eurobum! But the fact is Kessler come from a small country with only 5.5 mill. citizen! Its normal in denmark to have atleast 30-35 fights before you get a big title-shot! Who the hell outside north europe heard of Kessler when he had 20-25 fights?! Ofcourse he could have achived the same as Dawson at only 27 fights, if people have had the eyes on him, and a bigger promotor! There was 2-3 Danish fighters more known that Kessler at that time.. Kessler first start to get a name when he became WBA champ in 2004!
Biggest fights!
Siaca: was dominated and stopped in 7 round, Kessler won all rounds!
Mundine: was dominated for 12 rounds, Kessler lost maybe 1 round! (with an injured back)
Lucas: was dominated for 9 rounds, stopped in 10th! (looked like a traffic-victim after)
Beyer: Beyer was stopped in 3th!
Andrade: 12 rounds of beating, Kessler won all rounds!
Calzaghe: Lost, but gave the welshman his hardest fight!

 

I know. Its looks pretty stupid calling out someone who isn't allowed to fight.

 

I'm just hoping for a Bute-Kessler fight next year. Boxers and promoters of both side were saying a couple of months ago it would be possible early next year. Calling Kessler right now is useful. Big fights usually need a good preparation. Early next year seems logical to me. But Froch victory against Taylor may have changed everything!

 

Agree, I am from Montreal and over there it's pretty clear who is the better fighter. We were all not impress at all by Froch win over Pascal, if Pascal can bang with Froch like that, Bute might kill him...

 

Kessler lost to Calzaghe was is greatess accomplishment. People underate this fight a lot, it was a FOTY candidate and a highly skill bout. It was BY FAR the toughest fight of Joe career.

Kessler annihilate Froch 120-108. Kessler beat Bute 116-112, Kessler beat everybody at 168 and this is coming from a huge Bute fans.

Right now, yeah, Bute is beaten by Kessler. Maybe he'll get good enough in the future. We never know. And I am a Bute fan too.
