Orlin Morris is a good shout. My issue with movers is even at CW Toney has such an advantage in speed and reflexes, I'm not sure how much issue they'd give him. But as you say he didn't really fighter many technical boxers after Griffin.
I wouldn't say Toney is unproven. His win against Jirov was pretty damn impressive not to mention his win against Jason Robinson. He just didn't stick around long at CW.
Jason Robinson was a very good fighter from the Chicago area. I use to see him at amauter tournaments and know people that sparred with him. He was an elite kickboxer that also could box. He never held a belt but he was skilled.

And even if he was still campaigning at CW, what he's already done makes him a lock for top 5 no matter what happens.
As I said, I blame Leon Spinks. He went from being an Olympic Gold Medallist and an Unbeaten HW champion of the world with a victory over Muhhamad Ali, to being a guy with a 26-17 record who will never be considered a great fighter by anyone. For that reason I now wait for people to retire first.
It looks like he will be, but Huck stepped up for one fight, said he'd move up and then dropped back down again. It's just a matter of having patience.
Why would you continue to rate someone based on the hype that had at the time they were fighting, especially when said hype was shown to be unsubstantiated? In that case Usyk actually does deserve to be considered here, since plenty of people are already hyping him up to be a major player at HW, and his CW resume speaks for itself. The fact he's still active shouldn't alter anything in this case. Haye's speed and power were up there with the best of them, but he had too many struggles at the weight against too many unheralded fighters for me to rate him that highly on a H2H basis. His chin was poor (possibly due to weight draining), as was his stamina (might be related), and he often showed an amateurish inability to pace himself, expending vast amounts of energy in short bursts of aggressive punching, then taking rounds off to recoup. A fighter like Gassiev I feel would have taken him apart, though I can see a number of fighters causing him problems and possibly taking him out at some point. His whole style was just very risky and it's to his credit that he came out on top as often as he did.

I don't feel it was unsubstantiated. As I said I rate him highly. Blame Leon Spinks for why I'm not rating Usyk right now. Come his retirement or permanent move from the division I'll then consider his place carefully.
