It can also be measured differently but sometimes just because names don’t jump on paper for one guy and then do another that doesn’t tell the story. Whitaker’s division was strong enough and guys like Ramirez, Mayweather and Nelson top drawer. It’s like in 20 years is someone going to assume Canelo’s win over Mosley as better than, say Trinidad over Vargas or Usyk over Gassiev or Wildrr over Fury? On name yes, but the story isnt that simple.

 

I know but for the most part I still have the story, too, the guys just don't impress me as much as the guys in my top 20, even if I'd pick Whitaker to beat all but 4/5 of them.

Don't worry, I know I'm an outlier, I've always been 'unique', as Philly put it.

 

Nobody wants to be labeled the casual for saying HW.

I think Middleweight has the stronger top few, Lightweight is deeper overall
Those two are the standouts IMO.

Then probably Light Heavyweight, Featherweight then Welterweight.
