Define a natural heavyweight

    Sorry dude thats piffle. Haye in his last fight was able to make 198. You dont make 198 if your struggling to make 200lbs. Bearing in mind Haye turned pro at a the old limit of 190 and theres even less credence to your argument.

    A natural heavy is any man over 220lbs that cant make at least 210lbs without loosing every ounce of fat on there body. Ideally a man who`s 220lbs with a 6-7% bf is a solid heavy. Anyone at 220lbs who`s in double figures for there BF can make cruiser with some hard training.

    Tua`s ideal weight was 215-225. His now a podgy 240-245. But he has a a classic endo/meso-morphic build as do most people of Samoan descent. His definitly a solid heavy despite being only 5ft 10. He turned pro at over 200lbs. Essentially any man that turns pro at over 200lbs is a solid heavy as a general rule of thumb.
