he's not just a stick and mover. he can change it up. :yep always thought he was the class boxer on that team. at last he's got his paydirt. :bbb
fantastic performance by degale yet again. hope he wins gold but i'm not convinced about his punch resistance either. i've seen him hurt in earlier pre-olympics competitions as well. i haven't heard much of him in interviews so can't comment on if he's more arrogant than khan.
DeGale is a serious talent. hes got a good style for the pros aswell. Just hoping he doesnt sign with Frank Warren. he took that punch from sutherland in the 4th that was huge really well. his chin is certainly better than amirs.
No matter what DeGale does people still like to slag him off. Give the kid a break. He just embarrassed Sutherland. DeGale has talent and I wish him the best.
I just don't get why people care so much about what these guys are like outside the ring. I don't give a frig. Do whatever works for you, that's my philosophy.
Hes got the "selling tickets factor" slick southpaw very good, more suitable for the pro's IMO but does seem to lack major power. but very good fighter, like trotter who cares? they act like that to get people to recognise them, more attention = more money. IE Haye and Named. I mean i watched an interview with hamed and he said he felt stupid at times with the things he used to say. all about selling yourself.
cant beleive you guys are already turning agaisnt him already. wake up, 95% of pro boxers are cocky as **** and act like twats.
Not such a bad idea if he takes the Eubank-style "bad guy" approach...I've alwayd felt that Carl Froch is doing something very similar at the moment.
which thread are you readding, people are calling him all sorts, even saying they cant wait for him to get KO. i can understand boxers being jelous of Khan, Harrison and the 3 guys olympic success. but not fans.
Theres a couple of negative comments (inc. one '*****') but mostly this thread has been pretty positive.
