I just can't care about DeGale at all. He is just so unappealing. Hopefuly Groves smashes Froch and then goes for that arrogant ****.

Sol unless Degale holds a title what is the point of Groves fighting him again,he has already beaten him once and if he does beat Carl there must surely be bigger pay days available to him?

Like whom? If DeGale beats Bika, he holds a belt and a domestic fight between those two is far bigger than anyone else George can face I would suggest?

IF... IF... Degale beats Bika. Bika is a tough, awkward SOB and didn't get the belt in his Christmas stocking. Degale may have the skill for this but I'm not sure he's got the stones.

Degale was pissed off with hennesey because he wasn't getting anywhere so he joins hearn. I hope he enjoyed his last eliminator because he will be in a few more, when he's not in "breaking up camp fights" that is. But there's a few Mexican cab drivers and Romanian postmen applying for his next fight.

The only fight that will pay more than DeGale 2 for Groves is Froch 3

It's worth remembering that Bika is certainly no pushover- it's a 50/50 fight. Would Hearn be able to get Bika over here?

there's no guarantee groves wins either, a degale rematch may be his best option.

Degale has done the best thing joining Hearn, if anyone on here was a up and coming classy pro boxer or your son was u would all sign for Hearn

Yeah of course mate...because Hearn has a track record of bringing a new fighter up the ranks to title level from the bottom:-(

To be fair Hearn is just about still relatively new to the game so we will see what happens with the olympians in Campbell, Joshua etc before judging him.

It is however 100% the correct move for Degale to sign with fast car simply because Eddie can get him Froch or Groves he also can't go back to frrank so its his best option.

I'd say 60:40 Bika even. He's been in with loads of quality, whereas Degale has only been in with Groves.
I reckon he would be able to get him over at a price, but we may see Degale stuck on the ropes and looking silly.

    Who approached who?

Did DeGale go to Eddie looking for a move or did Eddie start whispering in DeGales ear promising him the earth moon and stars if he gave Hennessy the flick?
