I really want to see him as a future great and he got the early KO just now, but to me he looks like the kind of guy who will become an early KO victim himself on Boxing After Dark in the next couple years. Someone convince me I'm wrong.
He actually scored the KO about three hours ago. The whole FNF card was tape-delayed due to the NBA playoffs. :yep Yeah, his performances are very inconsistent and often lackluster. I don't see him ever reigning among the elite. I like that he's tried to change his image by changing his nickname from "Boo Boo" to "the Hammer". :think
Andrade just doesn't seem sharp and hungy enough to be an elite pro. I like his punching but he seems to not have a sharp boxing IQ
I don't think highly of him either. Have the feeling you'll be proven correct once he steps up his competition.
He could be the kind of fighter, much like another former elite amateur, James DeGale, who will perform better when he reaches the big stage. Some guys look great destroying poor opponents and some look like they aren't interested. I won't make any judgments on him until he does start fighting good opposition.
