demetrius andrade vs gato figueroa

just watched them spar 10 rds...andrade 10-0...unbelievable boxer

 

isnt he like 2 weight classes high than gato? i believe it gato isnt anything special

 

He is a couple higher yeah but regardless that is still pretty impressive.

But it's early days and like so many people say, it's only sparring.

he prob weighed 165 to gatos 155...what a clinic though...i am telling anyone who will listen andrade is the real deal....it was a riot...gato started talking **** then andrade called his 3 year old daughter to take the tenth rd for him...he reminded me alot of dirrell...slick and strong...no flaws

 

nah man...I didn't know they were sparring until 3 today...I wish i had my video camera is was good stuff...I can't really see gato beating malignaggi but andrade is on such a dif level

 

yeah he was bigger...but that is not what did it...his technique was superb on offense and defense

I used to box at the same gym as Gato in the bronx.

 

west end gym in lowell, micky wards old gym...gato is here for a month doing a conditioning program...I guess he was a bit drained from that but andrade sparred a local pro in haverhill 8 rds just over an hour earlier

 

oh aha, Gato.. Idk about where he's going with his career but he has been on a 4 month hiatus and I have heard of no news of a fight.
