    Monrose is barely able to elude Drozd's jab now, moving without the same quickness and not taking as many steps at once. His blocks are simply pierced as Drozd forces the jab through, further damaging Monrose's eyes. Monrose is looking ready to go. Big left hook to the body by Drozd, and Monrose takes a knee!! Drozd moves in and immediately hooks the body again. He swipes a few more as Monrose pushes a forearm into him and backpedals. Monrose goes to a knee. He beats the count again. Intelligently, Drozd sticks with the left hook to the body as soon as time in is called. Monrose lacks the energy to get away and winces every time Drozd hooks him in that tender right side. Monrose backs up to the ropes and gets worked over.
