Definitely serving a ban, whilst trying to muddy the waters a bit to create doubt, and salvage a bit of reputation. How many that get caught come clean and say yeah, I did it? It can't just be clean athletes getting caught! Years ago I genuinely believed most athletes were clean, with a few bad apples in the bunch. I don't believe that now, I think it's rife, but very few get caught.
