Derevyanchenko was underrated

    I incorrectly based my GGG stoppage of SD on the Culcay fight. SD looked like a different fighter in there against GGG tonight. If he fought GGG the way he fought against Culcay GGG would have stopped him.

    ...and if he fought Culcay a tad more the way he fought tonight he might have stopped Golden Jack. :deal:

    He didn't impress at all in the Culcay fight, so many boxing fans realized that they had been overestimating Derevyanchenko (especially with Culcay being underestimated).

    So, at different times Derevyanchenko was overestimated, and he was underestimated. And the truth is, as usual, somewhere in between. He's very good, but he's not a perfect boxer. Especially for the middleweight division.
