    Scared? Yea fighting fighters like Undefeated Torres, Undefeated Maussa, Undefeated Paulie, Undefeated Quintana ( in his first fight at 147 pounds), Mosley, Margarito, Clottey and he's scared to fight Pacquiao cause he won't put his title at a bs catchweight? Damn most Pacquiao fans are stupid people.

    Well said Cotto has faced the top welterweights from 140-147, far from being scared. Shaking my head why someone would put something like that.

    Cotto is an outstanding boxer however he is not at Mayweather/Pacquaio/Marquez level.
    The word I'd use is "overrated"
