Not really ridiculous. I was aware of your Campas thread, and when I read on the day I made the thread that a week previously he had recorded his 99th win, I thought I'd make one. It's not trying to directly imitate you, there's plenty of instances where a person makes a thread here and initiates with ''I saw a thread on the general.........''. I wasn't trying to take credit for/imitate anyone, but I knew that whenever he did emerge victorious for the 100th time many people here wouldn't know, so I'd though I'd make them aware.

Nearly verbatum? IB, come on now. With both gave a fight by fight account, and highlighted what took place in the fight. Hence, the same fights are mentioned, and what transpired in the fight is also mentioned, the fact that, unlike your post, I delved deeper into both the Sydorenko and Mares bouts than you is an indicator. In fact, unless I'm missing something, almost all my brief summations of the fights are the same, just mentioning that Agbeko has out-moved someone, and utilised his right hand, which I did post with consistency in the build up to the Mares fight, you clearly went deeper into each fight, and how it's plagiarism for me to post almost the same thing every paragraph despite the fact you clearly didn't and actually talked about the style/circumstances of the other fighter, I don't know.

    :huh

All you've pointed out is that I've also made a Mijares express, which, despite making others on fighters I'm a fan of, is somehow clearly plagiarism, and that I've also made a Campas thread which I had no problem in saying your thread certainly reminded me, though it certainly isn't the sole reason I made it, if it wasn't for the fact he hadn't recorded 99 wins, I wouldn't have thought of it.

Again, did you look at my other threads? They all follow the same pattern. Poonsawat, Acosta, Mijares, Vazquez Jr and now this. They're all written in the exact same style, and I'm sure you won't doubt that it is. It's not like I've ditched my previous content/style to bizarrely mimic you, it's the same.

If anything, I could argue that your post copies many of my OP's.;)

Offence taken. Or do you not know that it was on YouTube not too long ago? Only about a year and a half in fact. It's been taken down since however, which has probably added some fuel to your arguement I suppose. Aside from me saying he was first and last to the punch, and, what is common knowledge, that Sydorenko throws solitary punches, I don't see where you're coming from. It is, once again, similar to my other paragraphs.

Again, I'm following my own trend here. You can't doubt that I am if you simply look at some of my other threads, which I seemingly can't reiterate enough.

It was on EuroSport, commentators I do not know. I think Agbeko wore yellow and Sydorenko black.

As I said, your post just there shows it, a line from each paragaph.

    Verbatum? Really?

    Whatever, dude. :yep

It's all laid out there. People can draw their own conclusions.

Sorry you feel the need to get defensive and continue to lie.

I still think you're a cool poster - it's just a little weird that you've done this (and then completely denied it).

    Entire sentences? Not really.

    The word horrible.

    The fact he outworked him.

    Scorecards.

    Perez was highly regarded.

    Agbeko's record was unappealing.

I got something wrong on the Perez fight but apparently that means I didn't read closely enough.

    Vic Darchinyan was punched.

    Agbeko was written off.

And that all led to Mares.

Not only is that a rather weak argument for saying I repeated your work, it's actually a lot of stuff that can be found on previous posts I've made about Agbeko months in advance of the Mares fight, which I'm sure people who've seen them can vouch for.

As I said, it's similar to threads I've already made, because, generally that's how I write them, particularly on a fight by fight basis. Seriously, look at the threads I've mentioned and tell me they aren't extremely consistent in how they're written.

As I've said, I have no problem in saying the Campas idea was yours, I've got nothing to hide as you say, but I have got a problem when you tell me that I've plagiarised this and the Mijares threads(which I doubt was actually a joke by you in the first place).

Vic, Arce, Mares, Agbeko, Perez, Montiel etc all need to be highly ranked. The small guys are actually fighting in the big fights.

Personally I don't feel like J plagarised. A lot of the stuff in his threads was what we discussed for weeks in the Agbeko/Mares build up thread. And though some of his ideas may have been inspired by the threads IB made, I don't tbelieve that he plagarised or deliberated copied them. Just my 2 cents.

Tbh there's plenty of posters all over eastside who copy idea's from one another or views.

To me a good thread's a good thread, I don't really care who's idea it was considering the amount of trolls we have on this board over last year.

    What a thread.

Going back to the point of it though, these type of fights are why I rarely pay much credence to p4p lists. It's hard to credit either man over the other imo as the referee spoilt the contest so much. Also, because I didn't feel either man performed at their best in there.

If I was going to do one, I'd still have them around the top 15 because that fight is to me effectively a no contest. If the low blows had been stamped out earlier, it would have been a different fight so I can't read anything into it tbh. It's just a shame Agbeko lost his title in that way.

As regards to Agbeko's losses, I remember scoring the Sidorenko fight a draw and Gonzalez to Agbeko by 1 round. Seeing yours and IntentionalButt's cards make me  a bit but i remember clearly giving Agbeko the first 6 and Sidorenko the last 6 in their fight (though a few of the rounds I gave Sidorenko were very tight).

The Gonzalez fight was very close and I can see reasons for having Agbeko comfortably but I did feel Gonzalez won a good amount of rounds, at least 5 imo.
