Pretty neutral on the outcome, but there are very few fighters who'll fight anyone and Haney seems to be one of them. (I mean look who he's debuting against at a new weight class in comparison to Ennis or Ortiz's debuts at 154) So I'll go with him.

Rooting for the fight to be good. If haney doesn't clinch and hug like crazy and just boxes on the move, I am fine with him. if he is dominating I hope he puts some effort into looking exciting.

    He does take on challenges.

My problems with haney are mostly with him being a boring, workmanlike fighter. He can whine as much as he wants to, I don't have to listen to that.

And I think doping is way more disgusting than suing the doper who just punched your face in. I heard about low level amateur fighters doping in a friend's gym - I would very much welcome them being sued. Imagine an honest young fighter standing in the ring and being punched around by such a dirty cheating doper... Sue them all. Get that stuff out of combat sports!

Only heard about the fair thing. That sounds disgusting!

I like both men but since I chose Haney in the prediction contest I will be rooting for him.

Pretty hilarious that Haney gets more hate for Garcia's cheating than Garcia himself who actually did the cheating. The same thing goes for the weight bully argument, Haney is actually the one who we know for a fact that was weight bullied also against Garcia.

He does and says a lot of stupid things, and he was very lucky to get the decision against Lomachenko (and I get the anger for that one, as It should've been Loma's career defining moment after coming up short against Lopez).

But considering how highly Norman is rated around here (I'm not sold myself, he's a prospect with a belt) I'd say overall Haney has been paying his dues.

Haney is a decent-good fighter. His chin is seriously suspect and he's walking into a fight against a perceived banger either at even money or as underdog...at a new weight class.

Yes, Haney shouldve had a loss or draw (at least a draw) versus Loma and, yes, Haney did do the weight bullying but he also always made weight.
