He was still standing up at 10, it was a KO.

I call bullsh*t on that. He was definitely finished on KO6. No denying.

That's what I thought. I was wondering if he was attempting to look like he was trying to beat the count and hoping that the ref would call it. Then Chris and his team could protest that he was up in time.

edit: that's not to imply that I think Chris lacks heart or anything but he seemed like he was in over his head.

In all honesty, Algieri went down way too easy, Manny in my opinion only really landed one shot that should of put him down. Algieri just didn't have the composure and fortitude to stay on his feet.

I have to agree. I think that should have been ruled a KO. I didn't care for that ref in the main event.

It's easy for you or I to say.... "I only saw one punch that landed should have put him down" when we aren't taking the punches. It's a lot different when it's you under the lights, under fire and taking punches from a guy like a Manny. Algeri took a major step up from guys like Provo or Taylor.

Technically this fight should have been stopped. But Manny finishes men his size who stand and fight instead of run and have it in their minds they are going to survive. It's a feather in their cap to say they went 12 with Manny......

The ref sucked in this fight when Pac bombed him after the knockdown the ref gave a standing 8 count :( I'm ****ed Algerie didn't get KTFO lol.
