I think a lot of people picked Trout beforehand and are trying to justify their picks. But he lost clearly.
Round 7 is a clear 10-8 I don't see how it can be scored any different, trout would of really had to dominate that round for it to be scored that way, and he didn't.
trout did not get robbed. give credit where credit is due, trout did a good job and fought like a champ, but truth is canelo landed the harder, cleaner shots, he wobbled trout several times, i don't think canelo was hurt once. canelo made trout miss all day! a rematch would be another good fight, but at 22 years old canelo will come back even harder and i'm sure he will work on his conditioning and stamina issues. i had canelo winning by 2 points.
Damn Mexicans are coming up in this fight game, slowly but surely we seem to be regaining our glory of old. Filipinos did their thing for a while and we been taking them out one by one lately. Looks like the brothas are next.

Glad to see most of ESB agrees. Canelo edged it. He landed he harder shots in the second half of the fight. Trout's dominan 3 rounds from 3-6 are what stick out in everyone's mind but they still only count for 3 rounds. (He won more than that but just saying, they stood out most but don't count any more.)
