If Canelo would be Eastern European no one would give a damn about him, if Golovkin was born as a Mexican probably he would have been the biggest PPV star of all time.

I disagree with your OPINION! For me, Daniel Jacobs is an 'elite' and Golovkin's failure to KO Jacobs, counts as a failure against an ELITE opponent.

Right! So Golovkin failed to KO a non-elite in Daniel Jacobs? Which makes his power seem even worse, since not being able to KO a non-elite is far worse than not being able to KO an elite.

None of this, changes the main fact here that the two BEST opponents Golovkin faced in Canelo Alvarez and Daniel Jacobs, Golovkin failed to KO them. Your subjective definition of 'elite' here has no relevance.

No, but I believe someone who's power is rated as highly as Golovkin's, isn't supposed to have 0 knockouts against ANY and EVERY ELITE / TOP TIER opposition.

 

No, but other boxers, that have power less rated than Golovkin's, have KO'ed more top tier opposition. Whilst Golovkin has failed to KO any top tier opposition.

Is it really too much to ask for from Golovkin to just get one KO, out of 36 rounds against his only top tier opposition in Canelo Alvarez and Daniel Jacobs? That's an insane amount of time to achieve the feat. but still he failed.

I'm afraid 36 rounds is enough of an opportunity. In fact, I'd say it's an ETERNITY. Think about how many seconds Golovkin has spent in those 36 rounds against his only two top tier opposition without a single KO.
