I hug no boxers nuts thanks, I have a life. I love boxing, I follow boxing, I want Hatton to win, but I'm far too busy to get the strange obsession some of you guys have with some boxers lol So I won't be studying every PBF fight ever to see him get hit in the face once so I can make a post saying " PROOF PBF HAS SUSPECT DEFENCE " and I won't be studying everyone of Hatton's fights to find one clip of him jabbing so I can make a post saying " PROOF HATTON IS A TECHNICAL BOXER " Why ? Cause its a waste of f*cking time, no one knows whats gonna happen till the fight happens, I can't wait, but I ain't gonna spend all my time arguing about whats going to happen cause NO ONE knows for sure what gonna happen. Roll on next sunday
Hatton got tagged and was holding Callozo when he fell. I have seen that called a knockdown in other fights, because if Hatton wasn't holding Lous, he definately would have went down. it should have at least been a two point round.
One things for sure...being that Collazo was the champ at the time and Ricky was coming up Collazo earned the right to a rematch. At moments in the fight it looked like Collazo was owning Ricky. One thing we should all agree on is the fact that Collazo earned a rematch. Hatton was walking on thin ice in the 12th.
Hatton said immediately after the fight that he would give Collazo a rematch no problem. but after a while all talks disappeared... and no hatton fan is talking about this
:huh the only reason hatton won the fight was because of his knockdown in the 1st round, if collazo would have got a 10 - 8 round in the 12th he would have left with his belt.at worst they could have faked a draw to help rick out.i thought hatton had lost anyway so i know a knockdown in the 12th would have sealed the deal for collazo coming away the winnner.
Had Collazo not had hold of Hattons arm when he twisted away it could have been called a KD, but since he did we dont know if Hatton would have fell or not without the added push, so no it was not a KD.
