    because gatti had the wbc belt and was ranked #1 by ring magazine. spadafora was never inline to challenge floyd at 135 :deal everytime the fight got talked about spadafora put on a lame performance:rofl

    the ring didn't consider gatti a paper champ they had him as the 2nd best 140lber in the world behind zoo. the fact that floyd beat him with ease shows you only how good floyd is. no one at 140 in floyds era would have been able to match him, and when he defeats hatton all doubt will be put to rest on who the best at 140 was
