All of what you said could be applied to Mayorga. Was he ever world class in your opinion?

We are talking of Whyte, other fighters of other times and other weights are irrelevant.

Even if you get to win the title, it doesn't make you world class...

    Charles Martin..

"True top ten"? Top ten, is as the names implies, relative to everyone else. It is not a fixed skill level.

Hearn said he offered Pulev 3 separate career high paydays to face Joshua last year and Pulev turned them all down.

I don't know about what he's offering Pulev this time around.

I think it's clear Pulev doesn't want the fight.

The WBC seem to rate him world class. Not looked at the other orgs but I'd guess he's up there in 1 or 2 others....

I'm asking you whether or not hypothetically you think someone with Whyte's skillset - a brawler like Mayorga - could ever be considered world class?

Yeah, no brawlers have ever been world level before. Please log off. He's top ten in all of the divisions atm, to even dispute that is silly.

The feds dictate the timescale. If they say fight between Feb-Dec 2018 and one of the promoters tries to state "Do it in Oct" , why should Pulev or his team bow to those demands? I'm not in favour of him dragging out his fights because I want to see Joshua fight as often as possible, but this is Pulev's decision, and if I was in Pulev's shoes I'd use that time accordingly.

Please tell us a fight he looked World class in?

    Allen [x]
    Chisora [x]
    AJ [x]
    Lewison [x]

It matters jack an alphabet ranks him in there top 10/15.....he isn't a top 10 World class fighter.

BJ Flores was ranked by the alphabets at Heavy, as was Ian Lewison and Mark de Mori......so are they world class?

Being ranked top 10/15 by an alphabet, and being a World class fighter, are totally different things.

Jesus christ. If a weak division has no opponents because of lack of quality than yes, they ARE World Class because they are better than everybody else. Rickie Burns is World Class, as is Chisora and Whyte.
Areola was world class a few years ago because he was better than the rest of the world during that time at HW boxing. Right now, without a shadow of a doubt Whyte is in the top ten HW boxers in the WORLD, so is therefore WORLD CLASS.

I can see you have problems with the basics....

Being world ranked in a top 10/15 doesn't make you World class at all.

    SO I repeat.....

Were BJ Flores, Mark di Mori, Ian Lewison, David Price, Charles Martin all World class just because someone has them ranked in their top 10/15?

    NO, obviously not.

Now run on back to your village, I am sure someone is missing you.

Just got back from my village and they said Charles Martin is still a World Class operator even though he got destroyed by Joshua. Same way Pulev, Povetkin, Haye stayed World Class after losing to Wald years ago. Price is Euro level, always has been. Not even sure why you brought up Flores who is a CW, he only got the fight and ranking because he was Haye's friend. Speaking of Haye, he met De Mori who managed to get plenty of wins and move up the rankings to get that fight. That's just politics to set-up fights really, you should speak to Haye's team about that one.

Whyte's showing against Joshua shows he's world class. I don't really care how you rate his boxing skills because he almost knocked Joshua the **** out who has been steam-rolling through the fridge contenders all of his career.

I agree. David Haye never beat a world class fighter at HW.
