Even if you qualify it by saying for the division or size of guys he fought, to be like Chuvalo you need to be never down over a long career, or maybe a brief down or 2 that were labeled a slippage.

 

Cobb was KOed in martial arts, still he was about top notch, & given his massive skull & features, let is make it Cobb(cr)anium). ;-)

For #1 all time I'll go with a man who fought forever & against modern size HWs + 300 + sparring rounds against Tyson & never tasted canvas.
