Rios was bluffing when he was calling out Soto, cause Rios knew that Soto was having contract disputes with Top Rank and was leaving TR, and was not gonna fight any TR fighter.

From the sound of things, because they never fought, they "ducked" soto.

In reality, they didn't fight Soto, because they were "better". How is beating up someone a lot more weaker than you, "manning up". Marquez/Morales fighting Soto would be like them taking credit for being the top dog in a junior karate class.

As for the Guzman fight, he didn't get disqualified and he won A WIDE DECISION. People "ducked" Soto means people are "too good" for Soto and don't need to waste time on such a pathetic fighter

Soto knock-downed David Diaz in the 1st round and couldve KO'd him right then in the 1st round, but let him go the distance on purpose, cause Soto was "playing possum".
