Yes he has. But he ducked Margarito flat out. He did not want to take on a stylistic challenge.

Whether Margarito cheated or not has zero to do with this discussion.
The handwrap incident had not happened and the only thing Mayweather knew was that Margarito was a bad mother****er!

No he didn't. He chose to break with Top Rank and fight DLH who was a better fighter and far more lucrative opponent. He wouldve been a fool to pass that up. Arum blocked the fight fight, by offering it to him as part of slave contract extension. But again, no one cares about Maragrito because he wasn't ****.

He chose to fight DLH who had shown serious signs of decline and ducked Margarito who at the time was the single most hard-nosed fighter in boxing bar none.

Are you guys purposely leaving out the fact that Arum didn't want to pay Floyd what he wanted, so he bought himself out of his contract? This and the fact that Margarito lost at the wrong time had to do with the fight not happening.. It's well documented.. Who would win is the argument right?

He chose to fight DLH, because it was the biggest and most lucrative fight in boxing history at that time. And DLH was coming of a dominate KO of Mayorga. Nobody knew who the hel Margarito was. Is that so hard to understand??

Only a fool (which I really don't want to label you as but....) would turn down PPV extrvaganza, $25million payday against DLH, to fight, slow plodding, no star power having margarito.

Margarito had been a world champion since 2002. Had beaten Joshua Clottey. Had knocked out Sergio Martinez.

And De la Hoya ahd been a champion across 5 weight classes since 1994 and again, the fight was waaaaay more lucrative. You're dead wrong on this.:good

Go to youtube and watch videos of Margarito. Your eyes will not be able to handle the amount of G that was happening.

I saw plenty of Marg fights, and he was slow plodding bum who blocked punches with his face. He did have good stamina and solid chin though. What does that have to do with the fact that he was an an inferior opponent vs DLH especially in terms of prize money???

Guy was wrapping cement in his glove. Mother****er put cement into his gloves and started clubbing the **** out of people in the ring.

Sometimes man you gotta do what you gotta do.

No he didn't. He threw more punches in the last 6 rds then he did in the first. This is just an excuse Mayweather haters use to try and belittle his schooling of Shane, after they screamed b4 the fight, that he was scared and Mosley would KO him.

We all know Floyd was all smoke and mirrors. He ducked more guys than the ones you mentioned.

He had to get past mosley and was KO'D
he had a second chance at cotto and was KO'D
Manny beat him to a pulp.

Floyd beat Mosley, Cotto, and Manny. So to suggest he had to fight Margarito is simply ridiculous.
