Faster is irrelevant it has nothing to do with it but skills do and are very relevant remember that. That's why he was able to move up and beat bigger guys most of them easily. Guys like Maidana Mosley, Cotto Baldo Ortiz and Oscar are naturally bigger than him the only guys PBF faced while he was at WW who were naturally smaller than him were Pac, JMM, Mitchell and Zab.
Maidana Ortiz Mosley and cotto dont look any bigger to me nowhere near enough to be gushing over mayweather at beating them for that reason
