Mijares mentally surrendered my V-Cash. They should call him, "hija" Hijares.

    (translates to daughter/little girl)

This guy Divac is something else..OK ok Mijares didnt surrender..he had balls I give him that...but with all your manifesto lenghty posts you cant even get to the point.

Vic had superior speed and power.. The reason Mijares had problems getting hit and was getting beat to the punch everytime was because of Vics speed.. He was even being outjabbed.

If a guy just came out of a coma and saw this fight, teh first thing hed notice is that Vic handspeed was clearly superior...then he had power along with it..add to that the fact that he can take anything Christan can throw.. Thats a bad formula...thats is why he lost..Its that simple

He underestimated, as we all did, just how awkward and fast darchinyan is. He came in laughing, talking to the ladies, smilling, and taking it easy and he payed for it. He was overwhelmed when fight time came and didn't ever recover.

I'd say yes. He didn't box really at all and fought Vic's fight. Waste of a training camp for Mijares.

Not exactly, the way in which Mijares was waving Darchinyan in at that point wasn't in any purposeful, it was stupid and empty. He wasn't reacting to openings, I'd suggest you watch it again carefully. He shut down. This was a particularly weak disintigration that took place, and it was unmistakable. You say he was showing a brave face so to speak - he was smiling and telling his family everything was alright after he got knocked silly... He wasn't alright at that point either.

If the lenghth of my posts bother you Chimba, just skip it and go to the next.......nobody here is forcing you to read it.

......and the topic in this here thread is not about why Vic won, but about Mijares' mentality during the fight, and I certainly did get my point across on that subject.

    guys,

don't complicate matters. MIJARES simply LOST to a much SUPERIOR boxer (POWER and SPEED)

There was NO INSTANCE that vic was in trouble.

I have absolutely NO DOUGHT that if there is a REMATCH. Vic will win again.
