Cotto is a Top Rank fighter, and thus all the promotional fees (except for a small part of Pac's which will go to GBP), PPV will go to Top Rank, or Arum if you like it.

Mosley at 140 is not a challenge because he is so weight drained at that weight. Obviously, Mosley was so desperate for a Pac fight not because he wants to win but because he was having financial difficulties stemming from his divorce.
