Of course not because Margarito has done nothing to deserve a shot at pac and/or a title fight at JrMW. Williams not only beat Margarito at 147/WW, but Williams is more established at jrMW/154 then Margarito. Williams was also not KTFO like Margarito in one of his two previous fights.
Your logic is so off. By your reasoning, anytime a P4P stud fights a lesser fighter, he is ducking the better fighters he could've fought? Arum is the one making the decisions. He was going to pick Cotto or Marg and he picked the harder opponent in Marg as Pacman already demolished Cotto. PW was never in the radar. So get off of it already.
Arum works for Pac. Pac makes the decisions so says Arum although Pac throws it back at Arum for being the decision maker. Either way, it's bull**** how this is done. Margarito does not deserve to be fighting against Pac and/or for a title. Williams isn't on the radar because he is to much of a threat. A bigger threat than Post-KO'd Margarito without the plaster.
I agree that Marg doesn't deserve this fight and that PW poses a much greater threat, but that doesn't mean Pacman is ducking PW.

PW is under Haymon right? Considering Haymon couldn't deliver jack ****... you think Arum is going to turn around and remotely entertain the idea of a fight with PW? This is an aspect that gets ignored a lot.
