Hatton Had a good chin untill after his loss to PBF after that fight alot of the confidence went and his punch resistence wasent what it once was but that happens to alot of fighters towards the end of there carears ( thow the punch Pac landed to end there fight i think whould have KO Hatton at any point in his carear and 95% of other top fighters at 130 to 147 ) And Hatton was far from a fighter who ducked anyone , He just took the fights with the bigger named fighters and draw and in the last 2-3 years of his carear top P4P ranking Hatton never fougth Witter cause he couldent stand then man and ay every chance possible slagged him off ( for the record id take Hatton by TKO over Witter everytime , Harris he dident duck he fought Tszyu instead the top guy in the division and top 3 P4P at the time of the fight , Hatton whould have fought and beat Harris nxt fight but he got KO by Maussa so he fought him instead for the belt ( again for the record id have took Hatton over Harris everytime , Judah Had moved up to WW when Hatton become one of the big boys at 140 so that's why it never happened no duck
one name.......Frank Warren. Guided Hatton very carefully through out his career. A some what padded fight record, though he did fight some seasoned(if not past it) fighters like Phillips, Tackie and Oliveria. Though what dissapoints me with Hatton is after his heroic performance against Tszyu, he goes on to fight Maussa, Collazo and Urango. Not what you`d call world class operators. A good win over Castillo, but this is a fight which should have took place a few years ago before Castillo was in the twighlight of his career. Then of course came PBF and Pac. I wouldn`t say Hatton avoided anyone, I just think Frank Warren likes to protect his payday. Though I think Warren is gonna have a tough time with Amir Khan, cos I get the feeling that it`s Freddie Roach picking the fights for Khan, not Warren. ....and if Khan has to choose between Roach and Warren, then there`s only one winner.
