100% fixed. The most blatant case I've ever seen in my whole time of watching boxing. Very sad times for the sport. I fear the trust & integrity of the sport of boxing is over. The fans are being robbed.
The right hand landed, split his guard and landed on the right cheek. Photo: http://cdn3.sbnation.com/assets/4143551/IMG_20140315_222958_375.jpg
Who cares what these two bums did or did not do in the ring? What I want to know is, who won the ugliest tattoos contest?
Yeah, who cares. It's almost better if it was a dive though. Packing it in after one punch isn't exactly saving face.
That was the first thing I thought during the preliminary intros (they actually hugged before heading for their corners, I believe?) - "Man, that's a lot of long & lean heavily-inked black man-flesh per square foot of space... :blood"
when wilder knocked him down, he didnt even bother to look at scott, he knew scott would stay down despite the right hand missing.....i initially voted no but would change my vote having watched it again
its obvious this guy isnt nothing but hype so far. goldenboy has put him in with stiffs to pad his record. everyone knew the right hand was coming. scott was never a threat from the beginning. but the way they did it in the very first round with a big show, made it look staged.
The proof is right there. Nobody in here would take a Good Right hand from Wilder and survive long after!)
Bump. In light of the Molina fiasco and the shameful Duhaupas pick, we should remember that it is more or less official amongst boxing fans that Scott, Wilder's personal friend, hit the deck.
