It's public relations. First issue a statement acknowledging the accusation, then say you'll comment in due course.

    My uneducated view.

He has obviously failed and is depending on what loophole they can find

How can he fail a UKAD test but not a VADA test that's what's confusing me

Give this a listen that’s an interview with the guy who broke the story. Basically Vada was only doing fringe testing as he puts it UKAD was the main testers for the event, he also says lot of people just want to attach Vadas name to a fight for appearances but not have the full testing.

VADA essentially are only employed as a PR move which insinuates they have been doing vigorous testing all camp, when in reality they may have only tested Whyte once or twice.

UKAD carried out more tests this fight.

You also have to consider the lifespan of the PED within the fighters system. Depending on the PED it can stay in the system for as little as 24 hours, on top of that athletes take masking agents. Therefore it's entirely possible for Whyte to pass a VADA test one day, then fail a UKAD test the next.

I don't know what to make of Hauser's comments about Haymon. He says he runs a tight ship and orders his fighters to take year long VADA testing, yet in Pacman/Thurman VADA were told that their services were not required. Either Hauser hasn't looked at things properly or he's pro Haymon for some reason.

Yeah, I think Hauser might be on the Haymon payroll.

Still, he's not too wrong about Hearn and the BBBoC and UKAD. He's too experienced a journalist to be much wrong on such matters.

Listen again, he says that Haymon runs a tight ship so he SHOULD be able to get all his fighters to commit to year round testing.

How about 10% of every payment received by all fighters, deducted and paid to VADA for year long testing? All fighters to be registered and tested with VADA.

    Good luck with that :)
