Just double checked for you. Fury is clearly seen leaving his corner early in the count, stepping into what would be the peripheral vision of the referee. He then steps back, the camera then has him fully in shot. He is signalling. He then walks out of his corner again gesturing toward the referee. The referee can't see him at this point. Is Fury being silent? Nope he can be clearly seen shouting to the referee. So, Fury leaves his corner not once but twice during the count, the first time he will have been seen by the referee, and is also seen shouting at the referee to end the fight. So in summary, the ref ignored the ice, ignored the push, and ignored the signalling and shouting. This ref was very good at ignoring anything inconvenient for team Fury! lol
He’s not very good. The last time I saw him he got a lucky decision against Jerry Forrest. I think he recently declared bankrupt and didn’t fight for 2 years. Michael Hunter would have been a. Much better opponent. Whyte should stop him between 4-8.
