part of the reason we think he doesnt fight a dangerous opponent its because of how much talent he has Mosley was the best welterweight around (old but caming of one of his best wins) Hatton (one weight class above his,, but was undefeated) Ortiz (had almost teh weight difference of margarito-pacquiao) none of these are pacquiao but they were the best around
In no paticular order... Bojado Naseem Hamed James Toney Mike Tyson Dean Francis Kirkland Laing Valero
comon man meldrick multiple time champ great fighter definitly not disappointing g-man tragic an unfufilled but definitly not disapointing
def has to be zab judah, blinding handspeed, solid footwork, decent power etc. he has all the intangibles you'd want in a boxer, but like others have already mentioned the guy has ZERO heart. the minute he fights someone that can fire back he crumbles like a collapsing skyscraper. he definitely has the desire to fight just about anyone, just doesn't have the desire to actually BEAT any of them.
andrew golota, ridick bowe, kelly pavlik, jeff lacy, jose luis castillo had a great career but it was sad seeing him on the undercard getting beat up by alfonso gomez, and also on espn a few years back, mosley is close to being in this category if he doesn't hang it up, rocky juerez, had high hopes for joshua clottey at one time.
That STILL doesn't make his career a disappointment considering the other things he accomplished (i.e greatly succesful, rich, a ATG.)..it just means he avoided fighter that YOU wanted him to fight. I'm fine with his fight selection.
Bojado really let me down,he was too young to handle the pressure of early fame. And had bad guidance and the wrong godfathers
