As a Kessler fan I was impressed with the Calzaghe fan support, lost my voice compleatly after supporting Kessler. Great fight
It's not the seeing the fight that makes a ringside seat; it's HEARING it. In my opinion, you can't truly grasp boxing until you've heard two heavyweights or cruiserweights, and heard just how freakishly loud they punch. Even some middleweights and light-heavyweights can make me shudder.
The defeated champion gets to keep his belt and they get a new one for the new champion . So Kessler would of literally walked away with his titles even if in essence he did lose them .
Were you actually there ? I was in central stand, the atmosphere was electric and the only time I could hear Kessler fans was in the 4th round where he had a few good shots and the crowd level went down. After the fight Calzaghe went to all 4 corners of ring, and in the interview after said it was a dream that so many people had come to support him, and that he felt he had to win for the fans because of the way the rugby and football teams have been doing.
your a ****in liar - he went to 2 of the corners & i have heard a better crowd down at the gala bingo - electric my arse!!!
