Hard to say for now, but it would probably be a good fight. Both are quick technicians. I think Bivol would definitely frustrate Tunney with his modern technique and high work rate.
I liked bivol before remierez but my god man the amount of sovio-philes lauding over this man just make me what to see him ran over by a bus.
I think Tunney batters Bivol, trying to outbox Gene while sacrificing height and reach to him is a recipe for getting countered to death.
Bivol stops him. He's better in almost every department, speed, footwork, punch selection... And never feared facing opponents of different complexion. Tunney might be the most overrated fighter on this forum.
