Do pro boxers take sleeping medication before a big fight?

    They could take an antihistamine without it really causing much drowsiness the next day and it isnt banned or illegal or anything like that.

    Doctors probably prescribe them small amounts of benzodiazepines.

    I cant sleep before a fight. Last fight took 1hr nap after the weigh in as I couldnt sleep night before.

    I think some of them would just work their ass off to get tired and fall asleep.
