Been looking for some fights but couldn't find them anywhere.

Can someone tell me if these fights even exist:

    1) Montell Griffin early pre Roy Jones fights, except Toney I&II.

    2) Aaron Pryor early pre Julio Valdez fights.

    3) Roy Jones vs Tony Waddles.

    4) Bernard Hopkins vs Percy Harris

    Thanks in advance.

I've had a look around mate and as far as I'm aware, none have been uploaded, that is if anybody has them at all.

    That's what bothered me.

I understand that Hopkins was an unknown fighter, so his fight against Harris probably wasn't filmed.

Pryor's early fights-I dont know. Pobably wasn't filmed too.

    Roy Jones-Tony Waddles.
Complete career set is available anywhere on the internet except this fight.
I guess the same situation as Tyson-Simms fight.

But Montell Griffin is a modern fighter and still I've never seen his early fights even in internet collections.

The thing with Hopkins is, although unknown, his 5th pro fight with Jouvin Mercado is out there available to view, I don't believe that his fight with Percy Harris wasn't televised when it was part of only a 4 fight bill with Mercer-Cooper headlining.

Jones-Waddles I don't know about. It's strange as you say it seems to be the only fight you can't find in Jones career. Maybe the fact that Waddles fought under a different name has something to do with it? I don't know, maybe it just wasn't televised as it was a really terrible card.

But Pryor was a Golden Gloves champ, reknowned amateur and Olympic alternate, I find it hard to believe there's not footage of his career pre-Valdez not out there somewhere. Same with Griffin, I don't believe in this modern era that none of his early fights were televised and that he was just a complete unknown who hadn't been on TV when he fought Toney.

Pryor defeating Hearns as an amateur:

    [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1GNR8paIpv8"]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1GNR8paIpv8 [/ame]

Of course his controversial battle with Howard Davis, Jr. in the 1976
US Olympic trials is also extant. He was a huge star in Cincinnati
coming out of the amateur ranks, so the wins over Summerhays,
Goins and former champion Peppermint Frazer almost certainly still
exist, at least among the municipal archives.

There's some amount of amateur fights of Pryor on youtube.
    He never dissapoints. Always exciting!

Maybe these fights with Summerhays, Goins, Frazer do actually exist.

But I always thought when Pryor missed the Olymics he was somewhat under the radar.
    Maybe I'm mistaken.
