Muscular appearance means **** all as far as endurance is concerned. Look at a marathon runner and tell me how "cut" he looks. Then look at a guy like Jean Pascal, ripped head to toe, and got outworked by a 47-year-old in Hopkins.
Looks in better shape than Vs. Vitali... Or at worst the exact same. (What was his weight for the Klit fight?? None of that stone **** either... Lbs)
But the body always tells the story. It's never good to carry useless fat. So you don't have to be ripped as pascal but we all know Delboy doesn't do all the work need to become a champion. Yet: In comparrison to the general public OF COURSE he is in shape. But to become a champion, no.
George Foreman never looked in fabulous shape during his comeback and yet he had better stamina than most of his opponents.
He looks in good shape. He was 261 for the fury fight and he was 247 for the weigh in for haye. I think Derek has the gas tank for a HARD 10 rounds despite not being ripped. I'm not sure I can say the same about Haye despite being 210 and shredded. Some people just don't have the genetics to be sub 10 bodyfat, and for a boxing match it doesnt matter.
He's built like a rhino as someone already mentioned. Looks like a tough mofo who will just keep pressing his opponent.
Chizzle has '******' strength and I don't mean that in a bad way Im a fan, he doesn't need to be ripped he's in good shape.
in great shape....dude went 12 with Vitali and has just gone through a great camp...........my guess is that Chisora has a naturally slower metabolism and the diet and training it takes to get a six pack for a body style like his is drastically different from that of a fight preperation
