Very close call now. Wilder beat Ortiz but it was a close fight. Povetkin is in decline. I think anyone who has a different top 3 (AJ-DW-AP) is wildly out though Tyson Fury is the most obvious threat.

He's old but even so, I can't see a way to rank Wilder over Povetkin unless your ranking is exclusively based on personal opinion of "who beats who." But if that's the case, you could then rank Andy Ruiz #1 with the justification "I think he beats everybody." Ranking must be based on resume.
