Impeccable defense and better-than-most offense. Sorry to get OT but I remember hearing about the Miranda/Abraham fight.
No, enough is enough. Edison was in the ring with someone that didn't want to fight. Ward was having memories of Olympic glory in this fight. You cant expect to fight like that as a pro. If he wants to claim a big victory out of this fight, then good for him. But it should count on his amateur record instead.
You're getting your Andres mixed up, man. Miranda never fought Dirrell. Ward kicked his ass. Miranda didn't get the Curtis Stevens treatment, or even the Carl Froch treatment. He took the fourth ass kicking of his career, and if Ward had any pop it would have been his third knockout loss.
Ward fought a good fight. He did what he had to do to neutralize Edison's right hand. It is Miranda's fault he didnt have a better game plan. With Goossen I think we will see a guy with a gameplan. Bonilla never gave him what he needed to beat the best. Ward very well might beat Kessler. He is that good.
Now that is a crock of ****. Ward did not connect much at all throughout that fight. He hit and ran and NEVER phased Pantera. Abraham and Pavlik are P4P top punchers and P4P top fighters. It is not a shame to be TKO'd by those two.

Froch has him out in 8 or fewer. I mean, this is basically a battle of who has: A: better power (Froch, proven) and B: better chin (Froch, proven). Why would you possibly think Miranda has a chance in a fight with Froch??

Miranda is really good but he would have trouble with the skill of Froch. It would be a great fight but 115- 112 Froch.
How does Froch have been proven to have better power or chin? Taylor who has limited power put Froch on his ass. What do you think will happen to Froch when Abraham lands flush on that wide open target? And power? No way is it more then Miranda. Decent power he has, but that's it.
