In all fairness Miranda should of been included in the super 6, and not Dirrell.

Dirrell was unproven and untested. Look at the rest of the field.

    Kessler World Champion
    Abraham MW World Champion
    Taylor MW Undisputed Champion
    Ward Olympic Gold medalist
    Froch World Champion
    Dirrell :huh

Bute or Pavlik should have been in. Ward at least beat Miranda too. Dirrell didnt do much at all.

Allan Green has absolutely no right to walk into this tourny. If he rematched Miranda and won, then I would say fine. But at this point, who the hell has he beaten?

Taylor made his intentions known yet? I'm afraid he will fight on for the money.

exactly... i dont quite understand the notion of letting green in and not miranda, especially when miranda BEAT green.

One guy comes to fight and knock you out, no matter what fight hes in... it will be badass (Miranda vs Froch and AA 3 would be badass fights, regardless)

One guy comes to do.. idk what, look at his shoes and things like that. :yep

I hope Miranda can replace taylor :deal

I read something that makes me believe Taylor will fight on for the money. :-( After Froch he told Dibella to go out and 'get me the most money you can'.

I'm all for the Green/Miranda box off myself.

I'm all for a rematch but neither deserves a Super 6 slot, even with a fresh knockout win over the other. If Taylor is medically and mentally clear to fight, I want him in until the bitter end the way this everybody involved knew this was supposed to be. If anybody is going to be subbed in, Bika is in line ahead of both Green and Miranda IMO.

    I won't argue your points, much. :D

Just that Green seemed to have the automatic 'bid' in. I think Goosen showed some very creative thinking to at least get his guy a good fight at this stage. I would not be surprised to see JT stick it out though making all this a mute point.

In the mean time, why not Miranda/Green, just in case. If Taylor sticks it out for one more round, then winner takes Bika. Then HBO has a legit replacement, no questions asked?

Winner of Miranda-Green-Bika, if Taylor is unable to continue after Group Stage 2, is very hard to argue with. :nod

I'll be shocked if Pantera lets Francisco hang around more than 3 rounds, the guy's awful. :yep

Never really developed good fundamentals, and it's unlikely he can correct that now. Unless he sticks to B-Level comp, his chin & psyche will continue getting dented until he's completely shot

He's the man that has given AA his greatest test thus far and he has a nice win over Green. The tools are there. However, the body has been in too many wars and through too many defeats already. He may have enough left for one more good run.
