As far as boxing both of some of the best fighters in history.
Side by side though, I cannot say I like Floyd. Floyd gives any fighters around 147 fits, but he's the greatest fighter who COULD OF BEEN! Pac has tasted defeat, has went through brutal wars, has had a hard life, and ultimately he becomes P4P #1 fighter in the world through all this adversity. He has destroyed fighters that people on this very forum laughed that this "Asian midget" would fight them. DLH people thought he was absolutely CRAZY! Hatton was to big, to strong. Cotto way to big, way to strong, going to hit Pac in the body again and knock him out! He destroyed those guys like nothing....
Floyd you can't say that about. Gatti? Baldomir? Judah? Marquez at 144? DLH was a good fight.

Floyd has just never been much of an underdog like that. Pac fighting DLH would have been compared to Floyd fighting Calzaghe. Just seemed rediculous. The WW division was on fire with Cotto, Clottey, Mosley, Margarito, etc and Floyd just up and retires. Sad thing I give Floyd 70% chance of beating any of those guys at the time. Then of course he comes back, and makes JMM move way up, finally fights Mosley (a bit to late).

Then of course you got personal character. I remember on one of Pac's 24/7s he was giving out turkeys for thanksgiving. Compare giving turkeys to poor people with Floyd making it rain on a crowd at some nice nightclub, so women know he's rich, and he'll get laid.

So, Floyd is flashy, cocky, talks a lot of smack (although I beleive a lot of it is just a character he plays), he hasn't fought the best in many years, retires just to come back when things are easier, but he still is a good fighter.
You got Pac who is very humble, lovable guy, who beleives in better things, has fought many fights in which he shouldn't have been in there and dominated, he's an exciting fighter, etc. Of course Mosley isn't the best fight IMO, but hard to say anything when I think Pac has beaten almost everybody, and should just retire (except fighting Mayweather of course).

I respect both as fighters, but not as people.

Floyd is a piece of ****, let's face it, and he's absolutely terrified of losing his 0. Taking two and a half years off in the prime of your career as a sportsman is a disgrace.

Manny is an exciting fighter but that whole approachable 'everyman' angle he plays is a crock. Every time I hear him speak he sounds more and more arrogant.

I agree that Pac is just as arrogant as Mayweather is. Seen him up close.

He's also a cheating little ***** to his wife.

fan of both. I believe that Mayweather is technically superior but Manny is a Modern Day Warrior (cue Tom Sawyer) I also believe both camps don't want the fight to happen until they feel the other fighter is vulnerable.

In the ring (& outside of Erik Morales) there are no other fighters I enjoy watching more but the shameful way both men are avoiding each other & are content to share the glory by taking easier fights (or none at all in Floyd`s case) knowing full well they are making the sport a laughing stock is unforgivable.

If they fight each other I hope Mayweather embarasses him, ESB will be 1 funny fkn place if that happens when half the ******s (pacfucs) commit suicide & give us all a break.
