    People seem to think alexander is some sort of "fancy dan", the kid has got heart and very solid skills. Alexander by tko in 8 after winning every round.

    There is a very good chance Alexander is overtrained having been preparing for the Brook fight for over 5 months.

    Also you know Alexander is eying that Mayweather fight up, licking his lips at the prospect of the big dow. Its happened before, and it'll happen again. Fighters are guilty of overlooking fights and some get a reality check in the now.

    About the same chance gary lockett hadagainst kelly pavlik. Hopefully purdy gets some decent coin for this fight, every fighter deserves their chance at a big payday...

    Don't think he'll get embarrassed, he's got a decent chin and he'll be aggressive which always looks better than a Jennings v Cotto type performance. Alexander has to be a little deflated going into this. That said, the frustration could turn into a clinical performance, but I dunno, Alexander is a little flakey.

    Purdy just has to use every dirty tactic going. Even getting points take off, points mean ****. He has to try and expose that soft underbelly.

    He's going to surprise everyone, knock Alexander out and then face Mayweather in a unification fight in September.

    Purdy is solid, Alexander is not the best out there at the weight,I'm sure they have been bigger upsets.
    Doubt it though, stopped in 8 while putting up a good fight

    Everyone has a light switch & Purdy carries power.

    Lennox took shots from Vitali, Tyson, Tua, Bruno, Briggs etc all considered bigger punchers than McCall, but McCall had him on his arse.

    Alexander will TKO him, I'm sure of it.

    But I hope Purdy gives a good account of himself, would love it if he pulled it off but can't see it.
