We believe, Pricey!!! Povetkin’s gonna go down like a sack of spuds when he lands that big right hand. I think i’m more excited for this fight than the main one. For all his anxiety, and lack of confidence, he possess one of the hardest shots in boxing.
Got to agree - had more excitement when I heard Price was fighting Povetkin and still have that feeling today compared with Joshua v Parker. Great to see Povetkin fighting in the UK and hopefully Price gives it a good go tonight. If Price lands on anyone, they will go down. Got a feeling that the main event will either be a quick blast out or a stinker on points.
What a piece of poetic justice it would be. A man who’s career was ruined by drugs cheats then goes on to defeat one in one of the biggest upsets in history and catapults himself back in the big time! Come on pricey!
I'm rooting for Price, but I've got an ominous feeling about this one.... I think Price should call it a day and could get hurt here. I've no time for Povetkin and his cheating, though I believe he's going to do a serious number on Price tonight. Hope I'm wrong though!
Gutted...if the bell hadn’t have gone he could have maybe finished Povetkin. Absolutely gutted for him. He gave it his best.
He had it won! Why did he take that round off after the knockdown?! Povetkin was there for the taking! Unlucky.
I thought that. I think he was still recovering from his own knockdown. That knockout was vicious, Price was sparked on his feet...a fart would have blown him over, but Povetkin (understandably) came in with a sickening shot.
