We can't know for sure, but he's certainly had some interesting ups and downs in terms of performance over the last few years.

Now? There's no reason to doubt he is clean. 3 yrs ago? He was definitely hiding something. He lied TWICE about why he refused to take a blood test. HE LIED lol. As much as Pacquiao fans want to sweep that under the rug, it looks bad man.

People think that agreeing to take a test 2 yrs after the fact erases the fact that he lied. No it doesn't man. And I don't think there has ever been a case of an athlete refusing to take a drug test and then turning out to be clean. It's never happened.

But I do agree in innocent until proven guilty. But I wonder... how many of these Pacquiao defenders would defend Barry Bonds? Or how many people demonizing Bonds are, at the same time, giving Pacquiao the benifit of the doubt? I'm sure it's a lot more than people think. Beacuse let's be honest... people are naturally hypocrites.

yes, all filipinos are roid users and the best in hiding it. that's they perform very well in the olympics... check thier medal tally over the years...lol. btw, according to floyd sr they also use something that makes them bullet-proof.. no wonder in the bourne legacy manila was the place where the drugs used by the agents of the program were manufacture in the philippines. pac with his influence must have access to these phills.

I think that he may have been (or still is) juicing, but I think more than anything the testing issue was a way for Arum to duck. Most fighters use the split to duck and price themselves out of a fight, but he couldn't do that with the offer being 50/50. Now that Mayweather rightfully wants a larger split, all of a sudden testing isn't an issue...lol.

Without any evidence people voted 80% yes? It's like 'follow my leader' in this hole.

Get your own minds working you thick ****s. It's like a conga, many just jump on like a mindless, drunk ****wit.

It wouldnt shock me if he was found to be roiding

but it also wouldnt shock me if Floyd Hopkins Martinez Klitschkos were

I like those fighters too but Im of the opinion steroids are prevalent in all pro sports and that most take something at some point during their pro career
