Does Boxing's Latest Highway Robbery Remind Anyone of De La Hoya vs. Sturm in 2004?

So, Marquez kicks Manny's ass and gets jobbed big time (for the third time, although I wouldn't consider the first two fights highway robberies) in order to keep the $$$ fight of the century Manny vs. Floyd alive. That reminds me of Sturm vs. De La Hoya when DLH won because of crooked judges who managed to overlook that Sturm jabbed an overmatched DLH's to death. Poor matchmaking almost ruined the alleged super-fight DLH vs. Hopkins and I hope I'm not alone seeing a similar pattern on the infamous third fight of a controversial trilogy between JMM and Manny.

We talked about that same example of DLH/Strum after the fight... and even the Pinoys at the bar agreed it was "buisness"... to save the Floyd fight.

Feel bad for JMM... he faught a great fight... but at the same time, I'm glad Floyd/Pac is still a viable possibilty.

Even though it seems to me even more one sided in Mayweathers favor now.
