    Bit of a childish response. It's an open question which anyone can comment on, and a good majority of people that have done so have voted in the negative. Nothing official or unofficial about that. It's just people's opinions.

    Does a decent job of varying the speed and stiffness of the jab against Baer.
    Times the overhand right pretty well. Gets there more often than you'd think, given barely average handspeed.
    Nice uppercut.
    Could string together pretty fluid combinations.
    Pretty good at smothering punches in close, and seemed adept at looking off an opponent's right hand.

    Braddock doesn't look particularly talented (he's not exactly fleet of foot or hand), but I think his skills were solid, if not aesthetically pleasing. Indeed, I think those skills, awkward though they may have been, are what actually kept him competitive at heavyweight.

    I'm still not as sure about that. Braddock put way more resistence up against Louis than Schmeling managed in the rematch.
