Does having big calves give you more punching power?

    Damn, looks like 16" calves, which are the size mine are.

    I just showed a bunch of huge punchers who had average to small calves

    Considering the size of his upper body, Id call them pretty small, but at best average, and hes probably the biggest puncher at HW

    Has very little to do with physical attributes. Powerful punchers have on common trait that makes them standout and it's INTENT. Tyson always mentioned that he imagined his punches going through his opponent's skull. That's kind of f**ked up but it works

    I've got incredible power. But I don't box, I just hit the heavy bag in the garage. My calves are huge.

    Well, no, there isn't a direct 1:1 correlation but having strong legs in general does benefit power in general.

    It's not about size I don't think, it's more about how explosive they are and that includes your hips as well. More size doesn't mean they're more explosive necessarily.

    Indeed, this guy doesnt lack explosiveness, but he doesnt exactly have g****fruits for calves.
